In order for us to serve you better...PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING
1. Sign and keep the one copy of your contract. Return the other copy with your deposit 2 weeks from the receipt of your contract. If you change your mind, please notify us immediately. We consider your date booked unless we hear from you.
2. EVENT PLANNERS: Go to www.wiserproductions.com, click on "Event Planners" and then select the appropriate planner. When the planner comes up, there will be yellow icon on the left side of the page that allows you to print a copy of the planner. Keep it in your planning file to enter information for your event. 30 days prior to your event go back to our website, www.wiserproductions.com and select "Event Planners" and fill in your planner and submit it my email. If you have any trouble please call (269) 329-0486.
3. PLEASE CALL YOUR DISC JOCKEY OR BAND LEADER 10-14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR WEDDING. HIS/HER NAME AND PHONE NUMBER IS IN THE LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER OR YOUR CONTRACT.
4. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like to burn a CD for your DJ or band to play or have your band learn a song, you must get it to them at least 1 month prior to your event to ensure that it will play properly on their sound system.
